Pick from options like Anxious, Sad, Overwhelmed, and more
Pluto.exe sends you 3 quick, personal coping strategies β privately

π° Anxious β when your brain wonβt shut up
π¦ Overwhelmed β too much going on
π Sad β low, drained, or just meh
π‘ Angry β you wanna punch the wall
π§ Lonely β need a little connection
π Unmotivated β stuck in place
Each feeling triggers a fresh embed with 3 randomized tips to gently nudge you back toward balance.
π§ Example Coping Tips
For Anxious, you might get:
βπ§ Try a grounding exercise β name 5 things you see.β
βπ¨ Draw something completely random, just for fun.β
βπ¨ Take 3 slow, deep breaths. In through your nose, out through your mouth.β
For Sad:
βπ± Text a friend. Even a meme counts.β
βπ§ Listen to your favorite comfort song. No shame playlist allowed.β

All responses are ephemeral β only you will see the tips you receive. No one else will know how you're feeling unless you choose to share.
