🧹 How to Purge Messages

Pluto.exe makes it easy to bulk-delete messages and log the action for transparency.

🔨 Delete Messages

Use the /purge command with one argument:

• count — how many recent messages to delete (1–1000)

Example:

/purge 50  

What Happens:

• Pluto.exe will delete the specified number of messages from the current channel.

• An embedded log will be sent to the configured modlog channel (if set).

• A private confirmation is sent to you showing how many messages were deleted.

🔁 Hybrid Command Shortcut

You can also use the prefix version:

p!purge 50  

Both slash and prefix commands function the same.

📋 Important Notes

Limits

• Minimum: 1 message

• Maximum: 1000 messages

⚠️ Deleting a large number of messages may take a few seconds. Be patient.

Logging Behavior

• If a modlog channel is configured, Pluto.exe will post a summary with:

  • Channel

  • Admin ID

  • Number of messages deleted

• If no modlog is set, the purge still happens — just without public logs.

Command Visibility

The response to this command is always private (ephemeral) to the person executing it.
