Invites
TrueAudit logs every time an invite link is created, updated, or deleted — helping you maintain visibility over how users are joining your server and who manages those links.
➕ Invite Created
When an invite is generated, TrueAudit will:
Log the invite code and the channel it points to
Identify the moderator or bot who created it
Assign a Case ID
Post a confirmation embed in your mod log channel
This is useful for tracking temporary invites, special access links, or new community outreach efforts.
✏️ Invite Updated
If an invite link is updated — such as extending its expiration, changing the usage limit, or modifying the target channel — TrueAudit will:
Log the invite code
Highlight all changes made (e.g. old vs. new expiration)
Identify who made the update
Include the full change summary in a structured embed
❌ Invite Deleted
When an invite is deleted (manually or automatically):
TrueAudit logs the invite code and the channel it belonged to
Records who deleted it (if available from the audit log)
Captures any related changes for context
Assigns a Case ID and sends an embed to your mod channel
🔒 Why It Matters
Invite links are the front door to your community. Untracked or misused invites can lead to:
Spam raids
Unauthorized user flows
Loss of control over moderation access
By logging every invite action, TrueAudit ensures full visibility — whether you're running an open server or a tightly controlled private one.
