Voice

TrueAudit tracks key voice activity moderation — specifically when members are moved or disconnected by staff — to ensure full transparency in real-time voice management.


🚚 Member Moved

When a member is moved from one voice channel to another by a moderator:

  • Logs the member’s name and ID

  • Captures both the source and destination channels

  • Identifies the moderator who moved them (via audit log)

  • Assigns a Case ID

  • Sends a clear embed to the mod log channel

This is useful for identifying silent moderation actions or resolving disputes over forced moves.


📤 Member Disconnected

When a member is forcibly disconnected from a voice channel:

  • Logs the member and the channel they were removed from

  • Tracks the moderator who disconnected them

  • Records the action with a Case ID

  • Posts a summary embed in your mod channel

Even if done silently, TrueAudit makes sure these actions are visible to staff and server owners.


🧠 Why It Matters

Voice actions happen fast and are often forgotten — especially when there’s no message history involved.

By tracking moves and disconnects:

  • 🎧 Moderation in voice becomes accountable

  • 👀 Staff behavior becomes auditable
